1. Introduction

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed when full payment is received and you receive a confirmation email from us.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel, Africell)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank Transfers
• Cash payments at our physical location

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Visitor Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by activity:

• Regular Tours: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
• Workshops & Special Events: Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the event date.
• No-shows: No refund will be provided.

4.2 Center Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your booking.

5. Visitor Conduct

All visitors must adhere to the following rules:

• Respect all cultural artifacts and traditions
• Follow instructions from staff and guides
• Do not remove any items from the Center
• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times
• Photography may be restricted in certain areas - please check with staff

We reserve the right to remove any visitor who violates these rules without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our Center, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of Mubeeya Tourism Cultural & Heritage Center or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.
